A single-variety wine made with Bombino nero, an historic vine used solely for the production of rosé wines. This is the only rosé in Italy to have obtained the DOCG stamp.

Soil: calcareous-clayey with medium texture
Training system: vertically trellised spurred cordon
Altitude: 400 – 500 mt. a.s.l.
Grape yield kg/ha:10.000 kg
Harvest: early October
Vinification and ageing: soft pressing with fermentation under controlled temperature ageing in steel 4 months – bottle.
Colour: intense pink
Bouquet: fruity bouquet with notes of berries
Taste: full, pleasantly balanced, velvety and round.
