Vinification and ageing: slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Ageing for approx. 6 months on fine yeasts in steel drums and large oak barrels.
Colour: bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: very elegant, delicate and vegetal impact, characterized by fresh aromas and aromas of green apple and pear, white peach and citrus.
Taste: on the palate it shows good freshness and flavor and is well balanced, with a delicately bitter finish of good persistence.
