Grapes: 100% Ruché of Castagnole Monferrato worked in purity.
Vinification: traditional red, with per-permanently fixed over 10-12 days of the skins in contact with the must.
Ageing: maturation in tanks of stainless-steel parts and then in bottle placed in horizontal direc-tion for at least 3 months. Longevity 3 to 5 years.
Colour: intense ruby red medium-ty, with light purple when young, tending to granatodopo the first few years of bottle.
Bouquet: intense, persistent, aromatic co, fruity, with scents of rose petals and violets in the early years, the evolution of spicy notes with time.
Taste: warm on the palate, harmonious, full-bodied and tannic balance with leggeracomponente.
