Vinification: How big is one of the Friulian Friulian white grape varieties. Collections at the right stage of ripeness, the grapes are destemmed and pressed in a soft way. The juice thus obtained, clear and distinct, is added to a foot of fermentation previously prepared with the best selected grapes of the same vine. It then undergoes a slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at strictly controlled temperature (16 ° C) that lasts for about 30-40 days. The maturation continuous steel where also takes place a long series of batonnage frequency scale, in order to obtain a complex wine, structured and gently perfumed and at the same time naturally stable. We will wait for the month of February for bottling.
Guidelines: Total Acidity 5.8 g / L; Alcohol 13.00% vol.
Colour: Straw yellow light, with elegant green reflections.
Bouquet: elegant and intense, floral and fruity, fragrant, very classy and continuity. It runs on notes of acacia, plum and peach, apple pippin.
Taste: the palate is intense and full, with agile body reflecting the varietal characteristics. Dry and fruity, thanks to the kind of wine is pleasantly cool. The long finish develops pleasant notes that accompany an elegant aromatic aftertaste.
