Sauvignon Blanc is an international grape planted in many areas of the world. Two schools (areas) of reference are French; the Loire Valley Sauvignon that produces highly aromatic, salty and mineral, while in Bordeaux where this grape is often blended with Semillon giving it structure and body. In both cases, elegance and subtlety are just typical of the best wines. The right bank of the Isonzo, with its warm and stony soils, crucial to an upper structure, and a climate favored in the thermal shock from the ventilation of the Balkans and the Mediterranean influences for its proximity to the sea, is a site of great potential for take what you can call "via of Friuli" to Sauvignon Blanc.

Taste: good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, litchi and pear.
