Williams pears in South Tyrol
The fruit is harvested at maximum aromatic and distilled with Athanor, our alembic in water bath built in 2000 as indicated by the "Liber de Arte Destillandi" Hieronimus Brunschwyg, published in Strasbourg in May 1500.

Distillation: crafts, in small batches, with copper still in a water bath discontinuous cycle
Aroma: clean and typical of Williams pear
Taste: soft, summer and fragrant
