Soil: Kimmeridgian marl bedrock, primarily clay and limestone on the surface, with some int (15-20%).
Year of planting: 1966 (massale selection)
Density of plantation: 6500 plants/hectare
Vinification and ageing: direct pressing of grapes on arrival at the winery, settling, fermentation in wooden vats, casks and stainless steel vats. Ageing on the lees, in wooden vats, casks (predominantly) and stainless steel vats.
SensoryColour: crystalline straw yellow with greenish reflections
Bouquet: intense and complex, with citrus and vegetable notes, floral (elder) and minerals.
Taste: vibrant and full bodied, fresh and savory. Balanced and harmonic, with mineral finish and persistent.
