Kius brut is a classic method sparkling wine produced from grapes entirely of Bellone, proof of how passion and stubbornness, combined with a pinch of unconsciousness, can lead to almost unexpected results. The intense path, until then unexplored, began by the will to interpret this ancient vine in an original way. The yeasts, for at least twenty-four months, laboriously forge, sculpt and define this unique and fascinating sparkling wine.

Training system: espalier
Density of planting: 4500 plants / Ha
Harvest: last decade of August
Vinification and ageing: soft pressing of whole grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature. Ageing in bottles for 24 months.
Colour: straw yellow with golden reflections.
Perlage: fine and persistent.
Bouquet: fruity with hints of yeast.
Taste: fresh, sapid with good persistence.
