Grapes: 100% Veltliner
Harvest: late September to mid-October
Vinification: de-stemming and soft pressing; musts obtained are made to settle for 24-48 hours to reach the natural clarification. Half fermentation in stainless steel tanks in half barrels of acacia from 30 hl at controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C.
Ageing: on lees until late February in barrels of acacia wood.
Colour: greenish-yellow light
Bouquet: spicy, fresh, slightly aromatic, complex bouquet and varietal, with fruity aromas of medlar.
Taste: delicate, fruity with floral and herbaceous notes, mild and delicate mineral notes on the finish.
