This label is the path the Falesco has undertaken towards the enhancement of an ancient native grape variety of the area of Montefiascone, Roscetto, grapes from small and compact cluster that contained in the production, if properly cultivated and vinified, thanks to the good relationship sugar -acidità and the particular flavor grain, it is able to offer a great body and extract wine.
The five concentric circles symbol that appear on the label is engraved on some of alleged Byzantine relics that have been unearthed in the archaeological site of Ferento: the ancient Etruscan town, located near the vineyards where grapes Roscetto are grown, from which hence the name Ferentano.

Vinification: selected grapes arriving in the cellar are subjected to the treatment of cold maceration, through which exalts the varietal characteristics of Roscetto. The first part of the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 13-15 ° C. The second part of the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels where the wine continues its evolution for 4 months.
Colour: golden yellow
Bouquet: rich variety of scents of ripe yellow fruit (banana, pineapple, melon and peach), broom, vegetal sensations and slight toasted notes.
Taste: arrogant, rich, soft and full, balanced by good supply acid-bodied and with excellent long taste-olfactory persistence.
