Growing area: Taurasi, a medieval village, situated at a height of 500 meters slm. Represents a very fertile area for growing grapes Aglianico. Vinification: the grapes are harvested by hand and transported in the company come in small boxes of 20 kg. They are subjected to crushing and pressing, and are left to soak for about 20 days in stainless steel silos, which are subjected to the process of alcoholic fermentation. After fermentation, the wine is separated from the skins of grapes and aged in new barrels made of French oak 2.25 hl, for a period of 12 months.
