Elis enjoys of the name Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG and the low yield per hectare makes it a limited production wine. This sparkling wine is the result of grapes in the best vineyards of the company, "Terra dei Case", located at the foot of the Rocca d'Asolo and protected from Grappa Massif.
The wine-making, organized by the oenologist Manuel Codello is carried out in the absence of oxygen and at controlled temperatures to preserve intact all the flavors in the wine grape.
Vinification: white, with soft pressing.
Fermentation: 45 days in an autoclave, Martinotti-Charmat
Colour: straw yellow
Perlage: fine and persistent
