Vinification and ageing: pressing, racking and vinification, 100% in old casks. Bottling 7 months after harvest. Time of 36 months on laths. Marketing minimum 4 months after disgorging.

Perlage: fine, lively and persistent.
Bouquet: delicate, fine and elegant, with fresh floral and fruity notes, small red fruits, with citrus and mentholated hints.
Taste: on the palate it is fresh, creamy and harmonious, with a citrus finish of good persistence.
