Nectar intense obtained by the short maceration of Pinot Noir. Pleasant ruby color, fruity nose and complex marked by red fruits. A faithful friend of tender moments to taste as an aperitif or with a dessert with red fruits.

Grapes and blend: 100% Pinot Noir
Vinification and ageing: fermentation in steel, fully malolactic fermentation. Ageing on the lees for at least 15 months.
Colour: cherry pink load tending to ruby red.
Perlage: fine, delicate and persistent.
Bouquet: intensely fragrant, fruity and complex nose marked by red fruits
Taste: round and well balanced.
