Harvest: early October, harvested by hand in boxes of 12/15 kg.
Vinification: stemming and crushing, maceration of the next 48/72 hours. Controlled fermentation delestage and pumping of 12/15 days. Short fermentation on the skins of Amarone. Rest in wood 350-liter French and American oak for 12-15 months. Bottle aging for 6 months.
Colour: clear, red color with garnet.
Bouquet: intense and complex nose are perceived notes of ripe fruit, minerals and spices
Taste: well balanced tannins with a slight astringency that does not disturb; persistence and anoint pleasant, pleasant feeling of warmth given by alcohol.
