Récoltant-Manipulant in Congy.
After an internship at Selosse in 2002, Olivier Collin resumed in 2003, by a négociant, some vineyards previously cultivated by the family Collin, but the frost of 2003 did not allow to preserve this small collection. It is in 2004 that the Chardonnay picked grapes allow him to produce 5500 bottles of one thousandth (not claimed on the label) from a single parcel, Les Pierrières. This parcel, which do not apply herbicides, faces south / south-east, the soil is thin chalk before reaching the Campano (geological level) and has the distinction of containing the silicon in plaster. The age of the vines is 35 years.
