Trousset-Guillemart is a small champagne producer located at the foot of the Montagne de Reims and is part of the "vigneron indépendants" category. Guillemart family has been present in the Premier Cru village of Sacy since the 17th century. In 1958, the Domaine Trousset-Guillemart was born, the estate consists of 7.6 hectares located in three Premier Cru villages: Les Mesneux, Sacy and Villedomange.
In recent times the owners, Jean-Philippe and Karine, have built a modern and efficient headquarters where technology accompanies the champenoise tradition in terms of qualitative excellence. The vineyards are all distributed on clay-limestone and sandy soil, classified as Premier Cru. The plants have an average age of 20 years. Cultivation is today based on "viticulture durable" using mechanical weeding and biological treatments.
