Production area: Trentino Alto Adige - Val di Cembra
It is in 1995 the idea of three brothers Pelz, Diego, Michele and Franco, to produce wine on their own the entire wine production, which until then was given to the local social winery. This idea comes from the passion in the cultivation of the vine and the belief that the territory of the Cembra Valley, for centuries cultivated with vineyards, offers the best for the production of quality wines. The objective is to create a product that is able to fully express the uniqueness of the local wine-growing reality. The winery has about 9 hectares of soil distributed patchy on the side facing south-east of the Val di Cembra, thanks to this special feature varieties with different climatic needs can grow and get the best results. The wines produced are: Muller Thurgau, Riesling, Kerner, Chardonnay, Pauline, Schiava, Lagrein rosé, Pinot Noir and "10 Vendemmie", a late harvest Riesling. The engagement is completed by the creation of the new center of vinification.
