Pacherhof is a wine estate in Novacella and stands on a sunny slope above Bressanone. The winery, of very ancient origins, is located in the Isarco Valley near the bishop city: its origins date back to 1142 and has always been owned by the family.
The winemaker and oenologist Andreas Huber, continuing the family tradition, grows on eight hectares the same number of varieties of white grape vines, which presses in the private cellar and sells in first person. Although animated by great curiosity and thirst for knowledge, Andreas Huber preserves at the same time the full respect of tradition in dealing with the raw material and in producing single-varietal white wines that reflect their personality. They are wines of character, with a marked minerality and intense fruity tones that strike for their authentic, sapid-fruity character, an expression of the characteristics of the vine and the soil, characterized by purity. To this end, Andreas Huber focuses on a delicate processing of the grapes in the cellar, consciously renouncing the aging in barrique.
