Dievole is counting on olive trees in Tuscany and elsewhere in Italy. This priceless heritage of plants - genetically unique and often passed down for centuries - is the starting point to produce a range of extra virgin olive oil of high quality and strong identity. Everything comes from the raw material: olives without quality cannot get an extra virgin of excellence. For this reason in Dievole every olive grove follows specific programs of work in order to bring to light otherwise lost production and revive the aromas and flavors of unique oils and of extraordinary sensory value. At harvest each production batch has its identity card, in full compliance with traceability, to ensure the full expression of a given territory, whether from the DOP Chianti Classico, is the expression of IGP Toscano or Italian 100%.
