In Tempio Pausania hundred and sixty members cultivate vines on 325 hectares located between 500 and 600 meters above sea level, on sandy soils of granitic, which allow to have little vigorous and produce grapes of high quality. The selection systems, modern winemaking process and aging in barrels or barrique, give high quality wines with organoleptic characteristics attuned to the changing tastes and needs of international consumers.
Vermentino di Gallura, leading wine DOC is produced in four references:Piras, Mavriana, Gemellae and type "top", Canayli.
Near the native cultivars, Vermentino, Moscato, Pascale, Caricagiola, members of the winery are also cultivated the Nebbiolo grape variety imported from Piemonte in 1700. From these grapes get arise three quality red wines, Karana, Dolmen and Lunanova.
