Costadilà Winery is located in Tarzo, in the province of Treviso, in the small hamlet of Costa di là, in the heart Marca of Treviso, in the historic area of production of the Prosecco Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Company owners are Mauro Lorenzon and Ernesto Cattel which in 2006 created "Costadilà farm" project with the specific aim of creating a company that knows how to combine traditional farming techniques with the most modern dictates of organic farming to create a wine that has the flavor of past time. The result is a "sur lie" Prosecco, or fermented in the bottle on its lees, so with indigenous yeasts and without sulfur, blend of Prosecco with Bianchetta and Vardiso grapes, of which the winwry now produces 30,000 bottles a year. Company owns a vineyard of 7 hectares, facing South-East, located on a limestone and clayey soil very favorable to the cultivation of Glera grape, which surround other small plots of land, in which they cultivate fruit trees and olive trees, and a vegetable garden dedicated to medicinal herbs; moreover, the company also produces and sells meat and cheeses. The results are wines of great expressiveness, rewarding and pleasant, frank without losing some depth view. The farm Costadilà, as well as the movement "Triple A", is part of the VinNatur Group, an association of natural producers who want to defend the integrity of their territory while respecting their history, culture and art that have been their handed down over time, drawing inspiration from a deep environmental ethics.
