The passion for vine and wine has always distinguished Andreola: the family estate founded in 1984 by Nazzareno Pola, still follows its production from the vineyard to the cellar, skillfully combining ancient methods and modern technologies. Today Stefano Pola leads the winery with the same philosophy of his father.
In the production area of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, are the 70 hectares of vineyard property Andreola. Here is grown exclusively Glera, as well as small quantities of indigenous varieties of the area like Verdiso, Perera and Bianchetta. These grapes - "close" to Prosecco since ancient times - are used in minimum percentages during vinification and attend the ageing of wine, giving it authenticity and typicality. Rive Selection project arises from the exaltation of the characteristics of individual vines, divided by soil type, with heroic viticulture mountainsides. Care and work in the vineyard and in the cellar are considered fundamental for shaping each vintage with highest sensitivity.Valdobbiadene is the keyword of production and of Andreola philosophy: it indicates research and continuous improvement of this winery - both in 'technological innovation in the knowledge of the vine and the vineyard - in allowing the wines express the typical characteristics of the original territory of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
