Vinification and ageing: harvesting of ripe grapes in boxes of 20kg. Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections

A delicate and exotic scent of banana, pear, white melon and fresh white fig stands out, almost a mixture for fruit salad, with citrus lemon sprays and fresh mint scents.
