Soil: large percentage of silt and clay with pebbles and some sand in subsoil.

Training system: doble spurred cordon

Harvest: manual harvest in 20 kg crates
Vinification and ageing: fermentation and maceration of 21 days in stainless steel tank, at the end of maceration, separation in two lots, 50 % aged in old oak barrels for 12 months with malo lactic fermentation and the other 50 % aged in stainless steel tank with malo lactic fermentation. Aging in bottle of 12 months before selling.
Colour: ruby red, limpid and intense, with purple hints.
Bouquet: intense and complex, enveloping, deep and fruity, with hints of small red fruits, blackberries in particular. Spicy hints of pepper and bitter cocoa and minerals, particularly graphite.
Taste: great correspondence with olfactory sensations, warm, full bodied, fresh and balanced. Vibrant and with elegant tannins, with pleasant drinkability and smoothness.
