| Awarded by Luca Maroni as one of the best Italian red wine, a wine is not new to receiving awards, produced by a vine Laziale, Nerobuono. Poggio Le Volpi is the only winery and vinification of this grape to grow, what's more pure, the result of extensive research and experimentation. The vineyards are located in the resort of Baccarossa "Colle degli zingari" in the Roman province of Olevano Romano area, altitude, exposure, and microclimate, giving full expression to this variety of ancient origins. Very low yield per hectare, fermented on the skins for 20 days at 22 ° C, aging in oak barrels for 12 months and further refinement in bottle for 4 months. |
