| Technical Varietal: Nebbiolo 100% Type of soil: calcareous clay loam, at altitudes varying from 300 to 450 meters south-east and south-west. Vinification: Fermentation with maceration on the skins for about three weeks. Ageing in oak barrels for 12 months and 18 months in traditional casks. |
